We respect your communication preferences. This page explains how to opt out of marketing communications from Hamilton Exteriors and how to request deletion of your personal data.

Opt Out of Marketing Emails

To stop receiving marketing emails from Hamilton Exteriors, you can:

  • Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from us
  • Email us at support@hamilton-exteriors.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line
  • Call us at (650) 977-3351 and ask to be removed from our email list

We will process your email opt-out request within 10 business days. Please note that even after opting out, you may still receive transactional emails related to an active project or service contract (such as appointment confirmations, project updates, or warranty information).

Opt Out of Phone Calls and Text Messages

To stop receiving marketing phone calls or text messages:

  • Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us
  • Call us at (650) 977-3351 and ask to be removed from our call and text lists
  • Email us at support@hamilton-exteriors.com with "Opt Out of Calls/Texts" in the subject line, including the phone number(s) you want removed

We will process your phone and text opt-out request within 10 business days. This will not affect communications related to an active project or scheduled appointment.

Request Deletion of Your Personal Data

As a California resident, you have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you. To submit a deletion request:

  • Email: Send a request to support@hamilton-exteriors.com with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
  • Phone: Call (650) 977-3351
  • Mail: Write to Hamilton Exteriors, Inc., 21634 Redwood Rd Unit F, Castro Valley, CA 94546

Please include your full name and the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can locate your records. We will verify your identity before processing the request.

Per the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), we will respond to data deletion requests within 45 days of receipt. If we need additional time, we will notify you and may take up to an additional 45 days. Certain information may be retained as required by law, such as records related to active warranties, completed contracts, or legal obligations.

Response Timeframes

  • Marketing opt-out requests (email, phone, text): Within 10 business days
  • Data deletion requests: Within 45 days per CCPA (with a possible 45-day extension if needed)
  • Data access or correction requests: Within 45 days per CCPA
